Everything about a spoiled boss' son came true when you did that. Not only did it make you look bad, it makes your father look bad also. If you are as good as you say, you should have let your work record speak for itself. Then your immediate boss would then be the goat. Your only resolution that I can see now is--go look for other employment before your father is forced to make the decision for you. If you nor your father makes the decision, your father's boss might make a career decision for both of you. Take this advice as a favor. Growup and make your own way, don't expect your father to fight your battles.
